Buckfast Bees. Honeybees. Ready now! £255 - £275in Callington

£255

Ready now!
5 frame nucs on DN4 national frames.
Only 2 available.
Overwintered 2025 queen colony £255
Spring 2026 queen colony £275.

Very competitive price considering quality of genetics, temperament, health and amount of bees and brood. Other adverts for seemingly similar nucs may be cheaper, but there may be a reason for that! Wishing you all the best with your search

Also available as 10 frame colonies for £295 to £315 each. 2 available.

Buckfast bees with VSH genetics, bred by renowned Northumberland honey bees. Good temperament, little smoke needed and even unbothered by our hyperactive spaniel zooming around near the hives.

Disease free.
Triple treated for varroa.

Peace of mind: We never house swarms in our hives: this helps to keep our bees disease free. Plus, we only introduce professionally reared queens to our hives; no full colonies or nucs are introduced. And we never use second hand equipment.

We’d love to keep them, but we’ve decided it’s wise to give them a new home due to diminishing health in the family.

We are around 10 minutes west of Callington, Cornwall.

COLLECTION ONLY because it’s kindest to the bees : ) Too many bees die via mail or arrive exhausted, stressed and agitated. Collection helps them settle in quicker and arrive in a calm state.

Will be supplied in a free, temporary correx travel box. Safe, secure and ready for collection upon arrival.

No deposit required if collecting within 6 days of first contact…
Alternatively, a deposit of £65 is required via safe, secure means only, thank you : ) This ensures we can all have peace of mind.

Both queens are marked, so will be super easy to locate.

COLLECTION ONLY : ) As mentioned earlier
